Right Tatenda Muzavata - Mother and child both with TB, Mother struggling to breast feed and child was admitted starving. Father has gone to Harare to work for the past year – he sends money but not much.
Left Joshua Mangeesi age 61 – has TB and HIV. He has lost his job, he has no money, his wife died of TB/HIV. He has 6 live children 3 of whom are working. Half loaf brought in by friend cost 1.800Z$ = 30p – more expensive than England - when the local wage is probably about £1 a day!
