We work with partners to tackle TB on the ground in the UK, India, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Zambia — this gives us a unique perspective on TB as a global issue.
Our work focuses on raising awareness of TB, among both the communities at highest risk of developing the illness and the organisations that work with them. We also help people to access life-saving treatment and support them during this difficult time.
Our work in the UK
We make sure people with TB are diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible, and support them through treatment, to ensure that they don’t become seriously ill or pass TB on to others.
Our work in India
India is home to over a quarter of the world’s TB cases. Our projects help people living in poverty in Delhi and Andhra Pradesh to access life-saving treatment.
Our work in Zambia
Our work in Zambia tackles TB-HIV co-infection by working through seven grassroots NGOs and community volunteers who understand and are trusted by their communities .
Our work in Zimbabwe
We fund the Murambinda Hospital Tuberculosis Programme, raising awareness and supporting community volunteers to help patients stay on life-saving TB treatment.
