Paid interview: Share your experience of migration and TB to help improve services
We’re inviting people with lived experience of TB and migration to take part in a one-to-one interview to help shape national TB policy and support.
What: A confidential interview (phone or video) about your experiences as a migrant of screening, diagnosis, treatment, and support for TB pre and post-migration to the UK.
Who: Adults (18+) who have had TB (including latent TB) in the last 5 years and have migrated to the UK through a regular route (such as a spousal visa). We’re really keen to hear from people who have migrated from countries with higher TB rates, such as India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Romania, Afghanistan, Eritrea, Somalia, and the Philippines.
Time: 45–60 minutes (maximum).
Thank you: £50 for your time.
Why: The findings will inform the UK Health Security Agency’s National Action Plan on TB. The research is being carried out by EP:IC consultancy.
