TB Alert recognises the challenges many organisations face in delivering TB programmes, especially those involving community-based interventions.
We therefore provide a range of technical advisory, training and monitoring support to enable organisations to deliver programmes to the highest standards while at the same time developing their staff capabilities.
TB Alert has been our technical adviser on the ‘TB in the Mining Sector in Southern Africa’ programme. TB Alert’s training has been invaluable in ensuring that field staff across eight countries could achieve the goals of the programme to quality and on a timely basis. The TB Alert team also developed our organisational TB capacity, developed our monitoring and evaluation system and undertook in-depth monitoring visits.
